About the Recipe

The term “punch” refers to drinks generally containing fruits or fruit juice. and is usually very conducive to making "batch" drinks for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum


  • ¾ oz Myers Dark Rum


  • ½ oz Amaretto


  • 2 oz Passion Fruit Puree


  • 1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice


  • ½ oz Orange Juice


  • ½ oz Grenadine

Preparation

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. Strain into glass with fresh ice.


This is a perfect “batch drink” when making it for more than two folks, or you are going to want a second drink soon! Simply multiply the ingredients by the number of drinks planned and add to a pitcher, without ice since it will dilute, and stir or mix in a blender with a quick pulse as not to over aerate it. Pour over fresh ice or into chilled glasses. But be sure to add fresh garnish since it’s a party!
