Ingredients
1 oz Malibu Rum
1 oz Light Rum
2 ½ oz frozen strawberries
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Cream of Coconut
½ cup crushed ice
Preparation
In a blender combine Malibu, Light rum, and strawberries. Start at slow speed and gradually increase until mixture is puree. Transfer to the Hurricane glass. Clean blender completely. Add pineapple juice, cream of coconut and crushed ice to clean blender and blend until smooth. Slowly pour this mixture over the rum / strawberry mixture already in the glass.
