Ingredients
1Â oz Empress Indigo Gin
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 teaspoons Blueberry syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Step 2
Blend for 10-15 seconds and pour into prepped glass.
Step 3
Garnish with buttercream icing and sugar sprinkles.
