About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Empress Indigo Gin

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 2 teaspoons Blueberry syrup

Preparation

Step 1


Add all ingredients to a blender.



Step 2


Blend for 10-15 seconds and pour into prepped glass.



Step 3


Garnish with buttercream icing and sugar sprinkles.
