About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 48 oz Grapefruit Juice


  • 24 oz Light Rum


  • 8 oz Simple Syrup


  • ¼ cup Fresh Rosemary


  • 32 oz Club soda

Preparation

Combine the grapefruit juice, rum, simple syrup, and rosemary. Let sit for at least 2 hours to infuse. When ready to serve, add ice and club soda, or an ice ring made from club soda.
