About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Grapefruit Juice


  • 1 ½ oz White Rum


  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup


  • ¼ oz Fresh Rosemary


  • 2 oz Club soda

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, combine grapefruit juice, rum, and rosemary. Shake vigorously to combine and let sit for a few minutes for the rosemary to infuse. Strain cocktail into glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda.
