About the Recipe
A great variation of the Pina colada by making it grapefruit forward vs coconut forward. You can also make this a frozen drink.
Ingredients
2 oz White Rum
1 ½ oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream (Or Coconut Milk or Even Coconut Water)
1 ½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
½ oz Orgeat Syrup
Optional Splash Club Soda
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in Cocktail Shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and dirty dump into glass.
You could also make a frozen version of this by using grapefruit sorbet in lieu of grapefruit juice.
