Grapefruit Pina Colada

About the Recipe

A great variation of the Pina colada by making it grapefruit forward vs coconut forward. You can also make this a frozen drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum


  • 1 ½ oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice


  • 1 oz Coconut Cream (Or Coconut Milk or Even Coconut Water)


  • 1 ½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup


  • ½ oz Orgeat Syrup


  • Optional Splash Club Soda

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in Cocktail Shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and dirty dump into glass.


You could also make a frozen version of this by using grapefruit sorbet in lieu of grapefruit juice.
