About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Vodka


  • 1 oz St Germain


  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice (about ¾ medium lemon)


  • ½ - ¾ oz simple syrup


  • Add chilled Champagne (enough to top the glass)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.. Strain into flute and top with champagne.
