A variation on the classic "Bees Kees" cocktail where St. Germain is substituted for the honey syrup. What's not to like, more alcohol, right!?
Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz St. Germain
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Sake on ice.
Step 3
Strain into glass with ice.
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon peel and cocktail cherry.
