About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Slices cucumber

  • 1/2 oz Lime juice

  • 1/4 oz St. Germain

  • 1 1/4 oz Hendricks Gin (or other cucumber-based gins)

  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup

  • 3 oz Ginger ale

Preparation

Step 1


Place cucumber slices in cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to crush the cucumbers.



Step 2


Add ice and rest of ingredients except for ginger ale and shake vigorously.



Step 3


Double strain into glass with fresh ice and top with ginger ale.



Step 4


Garnish with a cucumber slice or lime wedge.
