About the Recipe

I am not a big Campari fan but this drink was recommended to me to try as I had never heard of it before and I'm very glad I did!. It is a complex tasting drink in my opinion as it has layers of tastes to it. A very nice happy hour cocktail to start the evening off.

Ingredients

5 - 7 Seedless white grapes
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
2/3 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Rich simple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle grapes in base of cocktail shaker.

Step 2

Add other ingredients.

Step 3

Shake with ice, and strain into ice-filled glass.

Step 4

Garnish a whole grape and lemon wheel.
