About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka


  • ½ oz Peach Schnapps


  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice


  • ½ oz Simple syrup


  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters


  • 5 mint leaves


  • Club soda

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except club soda to a shaker with cubed ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into glass over crushed ice. Top with the club soda.
