About the Recipe

This a punch fashioned after "Olive Garden's" Blue Rum Punch. Easy, pretty and very tropical. It can be made in "batch" size for parties.

Ingredients

2 oz Sour Mix (If too tart, replace half of sour mix with cream of coconut)

1 oz Pineapple Juice

¾ oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Malibu Rum

Preparation

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. Strain into glass. 2 oz Sour Mix (If too tart, replace half of sour mix with cream of coconut).
