About the Recipe

This may take on "North's Italian" restaurant which serves a seasonal cocktail - a "white Negroni" but they make it "Peach". Very refreshing and an excellent for any occasion but don't forget the thyme sprig garnish as it really draws out the peach flavor.

Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1 oz Peach Liqueur
1 – 1 ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Nonino Appretino
Dash peach bitters

Preparation

Step 1

Stir ingredients and pour over ice.

Step 2

Garnish with a thyme sprig.
