About the Recipe
Considered a "classic" this martini is very simple yet, a very elegant cocktail. The flavor varies with your choice of gin. The amount of "dryness" refers to how much dry vermouth is used. The less vermouth used, the dryer the cocktail.
Ingredients
2 ½ oz Gin
¼ oz Dry Vermouth (swirl and dump)
½ oz Olive Brine
Preparation
Step 1
Add vermouth into chilled martini glass, swirl and dump.
Step 2
Add gin to ice in shaker.
Step 3
Shake and strain into glass.
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon peel or olives.
